5 Year Pro-Rata Warranty

Mobile Battery Squad® offers a 5 Year (2 Year Free Replacement* + 3 Year Pro-Rata**) Limited Warranty on Automotive batteries sold and Installed by Mobile Battery Squad®. Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase receipt at the time the warranty claim is requested.

The customer is responsible for a mobile service fee for the replacement of a warrantied battery starting at a rate of $100.

*Mobile Battery Squad® limited warranty (2 Year Free Replacement)

If a battery is returned within the Free Replacement Period (calculated from the date of sale) for failure to perform due to defects in materials or workmanship, the customer should be provided a new replacement Mobile Battery Squad Battery of the same type at no charge. The distributor will receive a new Mobile Battery Squad Battery or credit of the same type at no charge to replace the returned battery. This limited warranty limits the manufacturer's liability to replacement in the event of defects and gives the customer specific legal rights; however, the customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER merely discharged product, damage to the battery caused by abuse or neglect, destruction by damage to batteries which are opened or tampered with in any manner including the introduction of any special additives or electrolyte into the battery. In addition, any non-factory accessories that cause malfunction or damage to the battery will not be covered.

The consumer is responsible for a mobile service call fee for all warranty services. By purchasing the battery through the Mobile Battery Squad you agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

**Mobile Battery Squad® 3 Year Pro-Rata Warranty Explanation

The customer pro-rated charge for a replacement battery is calculated based on the Retail Price shown on the Mobile Battery Price Sheet (not the actual selling price). A "warranty cost per month" is calculated by dividing the battery price by the number of months in the offered warranty. This warranty cost per month is shown on the Price Sheet in the "Warranty Cost per Month" column. To determine the replacement battery cost, the warranty cost per month is multiplied by the number of months the battery was in service. Months in service is determined from the battery dater punch-out, or if the dater is not punched out as required, from the customer receipt.

Mobile Battery Squad makes no warranty, express or implied, other than as set forth above. No agent, employee, or representative of Mobile Battery Squad has any authority to bind Mobile Battery Squad to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning the goods other than as stated in herein. SUCH WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR FREEDOM FROM PATENT INFRINGEMENT. MOBILE BATTERY SQUAD'S WARRANTY LIABILITY (AND CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY) SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR, AT MOBILE BATTERY SQUAD'S OPTION, OF THE GOODS OR ANY PART THEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOBILE BATTERY SQUAD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.

In the event that the remedies for warranty provided hereunder fail of their essential purpose, Customer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be, upon return of the goods, the refund of whatever portion of the purchase price has been paid.
